I have tried and successfully tested the followings to enjoy my Monday for better productivity….
- On Sunday, Spare 10 mins to make a “To-do-List” for Office@Monday
- Sleep early on Sunday evening and get up 45mins early from normal timings on Monday morning.
- Start you day with minimum 20 minutes Yoga and Meditation
- Listen to melodious songs to feel good while you are getting ready for office (I hear from brushing my teeth to having my B’fast)
- Wear the Best clothes from your wardrobe (Bright will be Better)
- Devote 5 minutes in Prayers for strength/purity.
- Take light breakfast at Home before leaving for Office.
- Start 10 minutes early for Office from y our normal timings – to avoid any rush-rush. Feel Relaxed.
- Greet everyone with smile and compliment at Office (even Office Boys)
- Enjoy sumptuous Lunch (if possible with good and happy colleagues) and work Dil-Se.
And if it works on Monday for you….it will work for every working day.
